Refund Policy

This policy applies to any paid transaction made in connection with FlexYourMarkers (“FYM”). FYM provides educational software access and educational content only. FYM is not a medical service and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or risk assessment.
2. Merchant of Record (Paddle)
If paid features or supporter purchases are offered, payments are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. This means your purchase is made from Paddle, and Paddle’s buyer terms govern the transaction, including refund handling and dispute processes.

3. Refund Requests
Customers have the right to request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.
To request a refund, please contact us at flexyourmarkers@gmail.com using the same email address used at checkout and include any available transaction reference details.
Refunds are processed in accordance with the applicable Merchant of Record procedures where relevant.
4. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction. Where digital content or access is provided immediately after purchase, applicable law may treat this differently than physical goods. Paddle’s buyer terms and checkout flow govern how withdrawal rights, where applicable, are presented and handled for the transaction.
5. Refund Method and Timing
If a refund is approved, it is issued by Paddle to the original payment method, subject to payment method rules and transaction-age limitations. Processing times vary by bank and card issuer.
6. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a billing dispute, contact flexyourmarkers@gmail.com first. As Merchant of Record, Paddle handles buyer disputes under its buyer terms and processes.
